Laddie Guy Shane

President and Founder

Over the course of his career, Laddie has advised elected officials, candidates, political action committees, Fortune 500 companies, nonprofit organizations, trade associations, developers, and public agencies on some of Arizona's most complex political, policy, and public affairs challenges. His experience spans campaigns at every level of government, ballot-measure advocacy, stakeholder engagement, crisis communications, public-opinion strategy, and coalition building.

Laddie has managed and advised successful campaigns for federal, statewide, legislative, county, and municipal offices, while also leading independent expenditure efforts, political action committees, and issue advocacy campaigns. He has developed winning voter contact, communications, and grassroots engagement strategies that have helped shape elections and public policy throughout Arizona.


Alexander Pena

Senior Associate

Alexander J. Peña is a trusted political strategist with experience in campaign management, grassroots advocacy, and public affairs. He works closely with elected officials and candidates to build winning coalitions, shape policy communication, and execute municipal and legislative strategies that connect with the public.

Alex has served in key roles across Arizona’s political landscape, from Senator John McCain’s 2016 campaign and the Prop 123 education finance initiative to his time in Governor Doug Ducey’s office, where he supported school expansion funding and legislative strategy. He also coordinated statewide engagement during Arizona’s redistricting process and led coalition efforts for a gubernatorial campaign.

Today, as a Senior Associate at Roosevelt Strategy Group, Alex specializes in helping public leaders craft clear, effective messages and deliver real results to their communities.


Connor Titman

Associate

Connor Titman is a recent graduate of Arizona State University. He is a public affairs and government professional with experience in legislative policy, public safety, emergency management, political communications, and strategic operations.

During Connor’s undergraduate studies, he interned in the Arizona Secretary of State’s Office, the United States Senate Sergeant at Arms, and the Arizona State Senate. His experience includes legislative analysis, stakeholder engagement, budget tracking, security operations, and communications support at both the state and federal levels, contributing to policy development and implementation.

Connor is dedicated to public service, policy, communications, and national security.

Laura Raymond

Director of Administration & Executive Operations

Laura Raymond is an experienced executive operations professional with more than 20 years of leadership support experience in government, public affairs, and nonprofit organizations. She has served senior executives, agency directors, and elected officials, specializing in executive operations, strategic scheduling, stakeholder relations, event planning, and organizational management.

Laura is the owner of Great State 48 Consulting, where she provides operational, administrative, and strategic support services to organizations and executive leaders. Known for her professionalism, discretion, and ability to manage complex priorities, she is a trusted partner in driving organizational effectiveness and leadership success.
