WHO we are

Laddie Guy Shane

President

Laddie Guy Shane has worked in the political arena for over a decade in various roles on the campaign trail and in government.

Laddie worked for Arizona Governor Doug Ducey from 2015 to 2017. During that time, Laddie advanced in many roles in the areas of policy and public relations and in 2017 served as the Director of Constituent Engagement and Appointments, overseeing over 2,000 appointments as well as outreach and services provided to the public by the Governor’s Office and state agencies.

Laddie also enjoys working in public affairs, representing Fortune 500 companies and non-profits across Arizona on many issues like technology and the environment.

In 2023, Laddie was selected to be a part of the first European Union/United States Emerging Leaders Visitors Programme where he went to Brussels, Dublin, Belfast, and Dungannon with a program focus on Peacebuilding and Reconciliation on the Island of Ireland. Laddie is involved with the Friends of Saint Patrick Arizona, a non-profit created in support of the Good Friday Agreement that promotes education, tourism, and cross-community relations. In 2024, Laddie became Chairman and President of the Board of Trustees of the Irish Cultural Center and McClelland Library Foundation. Laddie resides in Phoenix with his husband.
